WHAT STYLES OF VILLA DOES WHITE VILLAS OFFER?

In general, the majority of the villas we feature are privately owned and their interiors are usually a reflection of the owner’s personal taste. Whether it is a luxury Villa or a more country style Villa , all our Villas are unique and reflect the personality of the owner. We grant the high standards and quality of each Villa , as every each was inspected by our team.

HOW WILL I RECEIVE MY CONFIRMATION AND ARRIVAL INSTRUCTIONS FROM WHITE VILLAS ?

The confirmation and check in instructions will be sent via e-mail before your arrival date. To be certain you receive these e-mails, please adjust your spam filter to add the domain whitevillas.com to your list of accepted email addresses. You will receive a reservation confirmation after your down payment has been applied to the reservation, and check in instructions with exact coordinates of you Villa will be sent after the full payment of your reservation.

WHY DO I HAVE TO PAY A DEPOSIT?

In order to reserve the property and be sure that you will be able to book the specific dates that you want we ask you to pay a 40% deposit when you make the booking. Please note that the deposit is non-refundable. The full amount is due 60 days prior to your holiday.

WHY AM I BEING ASKED TO PAY A SECURITY DEPOSIT? WHEN IS IT DUE?

The security deposit is being hold onto just in case there are damages on the property. As long as you leave the place in order we will return to you the security deposit as soon as your holiday is over. The deposit is the 25% of the final price and it must be paid 2 weeks before your holidays begin and it must be paid with a bank deposit.

ARE THERE ANY ADDITIONAL COSTS?

Once you complete booking your holidays we send you a confirmation of the cost. That is all you’ll be asked to pay. Other than that there are many activities, (excursions, daily trips, massage, Spa, Pilates etc) and other services (Chef, catering, event planning, drivers etc) that can be arranged for you with an extra fee. Keep in mind that before your arrival you will have to pay the security deposit which if there aren’t any damages on the property it will be returned to you by the end of your holidays.

DOES THE PRICE INCLUDE VAT?

VAT where applicable is included in all our quoted prices.

WHAT ARE YOUR CHECK IN / CHECK OUT TIMES?

Your accommodation is available after 3pm on day of arrival and must be vacated by 10am on day of departure. The maid, gardener, pool man need this time to prepare the accommodation properly for incoming guests. Although you are not required to vacate your property before 10am please be aware that staff may arrive before this time.

HOW DO I GET THE KEY TO THE VILLA?

You will either be met at the airport or at the villa by a local representative who will give you your keys to the villa as well as a house tour to familiarize you with all aspects of the villa.

HOW FAR AWAY IS THE NEAREST AIRPORT?

The distance from the airport depends on the villa you will be staying in, just look into the villas’ profile page and you will find the exact distance as well as a google maps location pin. .

DO I NEED TO HIRE A CAR?

We strongly advise you to either rent a car or a car with a driver. Feel free to ask for our help and we might be able to the arrangements for you.

CAN FOOD OR DRINK BE DELIVERED?

Your villa manager will arrange a pre-stocking first day with water, juice, coffee, tea, sugar, milk, soft drinks for you as a welcome on your villa. If you want we can arrange grocery shopping for you. All you have to do is inform a member of our team about your list and we will be happy to help you.

IS THE PROPERTY SUITABLE FOR CHILDREN?

Our villas are suitable for children and are rendered as family friendly, with many activities available for kids. In addition, there are cots and high chairs available for your children, just mention it to a member of our team. If you have any questions or need more information about anything feel free to contact us and we will be happy to help you.

ARE CHILDREN INCLUDED IN THE CAPACITY?

In short, yes. Some properties have single beds or sofa beds were kids could sleep to.

CAN I BRING MY PET?

Of course! All of our properties welcome pets so you should feel free to bring along your four legged friends.

DO THE PROPERTIES HAVE AIR CONDITIONING?

Yes! All of our villas have A/C systems installed in every room.

WHAT HAPPENS IF MY FLIGHT ARRIVES EARLIER THAN CHECK IN TIME?

If the villa is available at that time you can check in earlier. In case the villa isn’t vacant at the time you will be able to leave your luggage at the property and start exploring the nearby locations.

IS IT EASY TO GET TAXIS TO AND FROM THE VILLA?

Your villa manager will happily arrange a taxi to collect you from your villa, as requested. Taxis are readily available in all the main towns and tourist spots and your villa manager can also provide you with a taxi call out number.

IS IT POSSIBLE TO ADD ADDITIONAL GUESTS AFTER BOOKING?

Each villa can accommodate the number of guests mentioned on its description. Please discuss any amendments to your booking prior to arrival with your Personal Concierge who will be able to inform you of any limitations or added costs.

ARE THE PHOTOS ON THE WEBSITE OF THE EXACT VILLA WE WOULD BE STAYING IN, ALONG WITH THE VIEWS ETC.?

Yes. All of our villa descriptions include real photographs.

HOW FAR IS THE BEACH?

Depending on your villa choice, the beach may be right outside your door, a short walk, or a short drive away. Just take a look into the information of each villa and you will find out the distance and the name of the closest beach.

WHO WOULD BE OUR CONTACT FOR ANYTHING WE MAY NEED WHILE WE ARE THERE?

Each of our villas has a villa manager who will be happy to answer any questions you may have, arrange activities and trips for you, provide you with more information you may want on a subject etc and he is just a phone call away.

ARE THE PRICES PER UNIT OR NUMBER OF PEOPLE?

All of our villa prices are for the entire villa and each one has a maximum number of guests that can accommodate.

IS THERE INTERNET ACCESS?

All of our villas have Wi-Fi internet connection.

IS THERE SATELLITE TV?

Yes, all of our villas are equipped with modern satellite TVs.

WHO CLEANS THE VILLA? IS THE MAID INCLUDED?

All of our villas come with a daily maid service, change linen and towels twice a week, as well as pool maintenance.

DO YOU HAVE A LOST AND FOUND?

Yes. If you forget something behind on your visit and we find it, we can hold it for you. If you contact us soon enough , we can arrange to send you the forgotten item at your address with extra charge.

DO WE NEED TO BRING OUR OWN TOWELS?

Every villa has a supply of towels for use in the bathrooms. Most villas provide towels for use by the pool but you should check the individual villa description or call our reservations team to check. No towels provided at the villa should be taken to the beach.

WILL I BE ABLE TO USE A SAFE AT THE VILLA?

We are aware that some villas have safes but we do not advertise their availability or keep a record if one is available. Use of safes will be at your own risk.

SHOULD I BUY TRAVEL INSURANCE?

YES! You’ve invested a lot of money, time and aspirations into your upcoming vacation, and Travel Insurance serves to protect that investment from cancellation, delay, loss, theft or disruption due to medical emergencies (on vacation or back at home).

IS A VILLA A GOOD IDEA FOR A HONEYMOON?

It’s an exceptional idea! Villas are private and most come with private pools and hot tubs or Jacuzzis. Many of Greek Islands are incredibly romantic and perfect for your honeymoon. Combining the luxury of a private Villa with concierge services like massage therapies, dining in and many more , will make your Honeymoon an unforgettable experience.
